WHAT COVID-19 MEANS FOR OUR SERVICES
No face massage or similar treatment will be offered for the time being (this includes our Tension Tamer for Neck & Face). This is due to the mask restrictions set in place by the state of Massachusetts. We will keep you informed as the situation develops as to when we are able to reintroduce these services.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO KEEP YOU AND OUR STAFF SAFE
Only 4 people will be permitted in the spa at once, including staff.
We have updated/improved our already thorough sanitation and cleaning procedures to decrease the spread of germs.
Employees and guests will be required to wear face masks at all times within the spa. Employees will also be wearing gloves as required by the state of Massachusetts
GUEST REQUIREMENTS
Filling out our intake form and a COVID-19 liability waiver is required. IMPORTANT NOTE- if you have already filled this out for a prior appointment you DO NOT need to fill it out again. We will update it when you arrive for your service. If you have not filled out the form before it should be completed at home or in your car prior to your visit. A sanitization station is located at our front desk for your use.
Face masks are required to be worn at all times within the spa, including during the service. Please make sure to wear your mask once you enter the front door.
Hand sanitizer is available for you to sanitize your hands prior to your spa service.
Please remain in your car until your therapist texts you at the number you provided on the consent form. They will bring you into the room that has been cleaned and sanitized for you. It is important that you double check the cell phone number you provide on the intake form /COVID waiver as this is the one they will be contacting you on. Our Ipad that is used for checkout will be sanitized after each use.
