Imbalances, tension, and sometimes pain that radiates into your lower back, legs, or even knees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poor posture, stress (yes, we hold tension in our hips too), and lack of mobility work all add fuel to the fire. Go slow and focus on tender spots. It&#8217;s not my favorite thing to do but it really works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Take movement breaks<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If you sit a lot, stand up and move every 30\u201360 minutes. Even just walking around makes a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignwide\"><blockquote><p><br><strong>Bottom Line:<\/strong><br><br>Your hips carry you through every step, squat, and shimmy\u2014you owe them some TLC.
