It helps you chew, talk, yawn&#8230; and unfortunately, also clench and grind. When you&#8217;re stressed, anxious, or just deep in concentration, your body can hold that tension in the jaw without you realizing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Over time, this leads to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neck and shoulder tension\u2014because surprise!
